For an inspiring journey into the world of startups, join Australia’s leading venture capital firm Blackbird at Cockatoo Island on September 12, 2018.

The world heritage-listed island on Sydney Harbour will be transformed for a day into Sunrise Island, a micronation led by innovative founders, thinkers and creators.

As in previous years, Blackbird’s Sunrise conference will host some of the country’s greatest entrepreneurs. Speakers will take you on the startup journey, from the spark of an idea, to overcoming obstacles, challenges and doubt, all the way to scaling.

And this year, tourists to Sunrise Island will be led through an interactive wonderland, choosing from over 40 workshops (presented by Zambesi) giving practical advice on everything startup from people who are in the thick of it right now.
